This agreement is the contract concluded between you and Tindamall platform operated by TINDA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT, it has the legal
1). Thanks for choosing Tindamall platform.We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience. Now we have establish on time active refund service which exist 24/7, and If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase or any part of them for refund through contact with us via our return & refund department as already instructed, as long as your returned item is in the same condition as it was received (including original package boxes / bags / tags, gifts, sales invoices, etc).
2). If item you received is of problems (such as wrong quantity, wrong item, product damaged, texture or quality problem, etc.), please contact our return & refund department within 15 days of receipt. What you need to do is to contact our department and describing specific problem and return reason, selecting corresponding return reason and uploading photos of item with problem and tracking info. You can get full refund of the product price after your information is approved. You do not need to pay international logistics cost, but you need to pay domestic delivery fee if there are any.
3) For the orders which have been completed but you still not received your order, you may also contact us for your Refund within 10 days since your order status change to be completed.
4). For all approved return application (including every return reason), customer needs to return the products to the office within 5 days, otherwise return(refund) can’t be executed.
5)Products without "Free Return” service (such as: underwear, cosmetics, wigs, sex products, customized products, etc.) can not be returned and refunded unless there is quality problem with product itself. Please refer to the goods details before buying.
6) All refund will be sent back to your account which you will prefer for transaction immediately after return succeed.
7). At present, Tindamall only supports return & refund application, and do not support replacement service yet.

8). cancellation of order must be done within two days after ordering a particulatr product,if after that two days the cancellation of a particular order will not be conducted by a customer we will allow the next step to be conducted including product review and confirmation ready for shipping and to be delivery to the customer which means we will not return or refund that money to the customer.
